Job Description – Logistics Supervisor
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations to ensure products are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. This role supervises logistics staff, maintains inventory accuracy, coordinates deliveries, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
Coordinate the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits.
Plan and oversee deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Ensure proper documentation of stock movements, deliveries, and returns.
Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments.
Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage space.
Enforce health, safety, and security procedures within the warehouse.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and logistics issues.
Prepare logistics and inventory reports for management.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.

Inventory accuracy.
On-time delivery and dispatch performance.
Order fulfillment accuracy.
Warehouse productivity and efficiency.
Stock loss/shrinkage control.
Compliance with safety and operational procedures.
