looking for an experienced Manager – Paid Media to join our team and lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns for our e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience in paid media, with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, managing large monthly ad spends (₹50 lakhs–₹1 crore) while driving measurable client growth.
Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) tailored for e-commerce clients.
Manage large monthly ad budgets (₹50 lakhs–₹1 crore), ensuring efficient spend and pacing.
Set up, optimize, and monitor campaigns across search, shopping, performance max, catalog, prospecting, and remarketing.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and lifetime value.
Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and creative experiments to maximize campaign efficiency.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and e-commerce teams to align campaign assets with business goals.
Implement and manage attribution strategies, conversion tracking, and pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
Forecast media spend, prepare media plans, and provide regular forecasts with budget recommendations.
Stay updated on paid media platform updates, industry trends, and emerging ad formats.
Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to clients based on performance data and benchmarks.
Experience: 4–5 years in performance marketing / paid media, preferably agency-side or handling multiple e-commerce clients.
Platforms: Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
Budget Management: Proven experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹50 lakhs–₹1 crore.
Analytics & Reporting: Strong analytical skills, comfortable with dashboards, attribution models, and ROAS/CPA analysis.
Communication: Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to present and explain campaign performance and strategies.
Self-Motivated: Proactive, data-driven, and capable of owning the full campaign lifecycle.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
