Role Details

Position: Manager Technology (Mobility)
Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA
Experience: 8–12 Years

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in React Native / Xamarin / Android / iOS.

• Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities.

• Expertise in building pixel-perfect and smooth mobile UIs across platforms.

• Deep understanding of the full mobile software development lifecycle.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred).

• Knowledge of push notifications, location services, maps, and platform-specific libraries.

• Must have published at least 4+ apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

• Familiarity with third-party APIs, React.js, and Node.js.

• Strong experience using Git/Bitbucket and version control best practices.

• Ability to mentor and guide technical teams.

• Understanding of mobile architecture, trends, and emerging technologies.

• Strong unit testing, debugging, and optimization skills.

• Convert designs and wireframes into robust, production-ready code.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.

• Manage software development through its entire lifecycle—design, development, testing, deployment, and updates.

• Perform memory and performance profiling to ensure app optimization.

• Implement best development practices and maintain architectural integrity.

• Evaluate and identify feasible solutions for new features and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and propose improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
