Job Summary
Insightful Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and usability of our web and mobile applications. This role is open for both full-time professionals and interns who are eager to work on real-world projects and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements, functional documents, and user flows
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UI testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira / Trello
- Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers
- Prepare test reports and assist in release testing
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of manual testing fundamentals & STLC
- Knowledge of test case writing and bug lifecycle
- Familiarity with web and/or mobile applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality mindset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic knowledge of API testing
- Exposure to SQL basics
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or cloud-based products
