Key Responsibilities
Visit Schools & Colleges: Travel within the city to identify and visit educational institutions.
Meet Decision-Makers: Schedule and attend meetings with School Principals, Headmasters, and Career Counselors.
Pitch Seminars: Confidently present our proposal to conduct free, informative seminars on “Career opportunities in the Merchant Navy.”
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with school management.
Achieve Targets: Meet monthly goals for the number of seminars successfully scheduled.
Coordinate Logistics: Work with our internal team to finalize dates and timings for the approved seminars.
Report Progress: Keep a clear record of all school visits, meetings, and outcomes.

Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduate (Any stream), BBA/MBA preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or educational counseling. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!
Communication: Must have excellent verbal communication and presentation skills (English and local language).
Personality: Should be confident, persuasive, and professional.
Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively within the city.
Vehicle: Owning a two-wheeler is mandatory
