About the Role

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused professionals to join our BTL Marketing & Brand Activation team. The role involves conducting promotional activities at malls, residential societies, corporate parks, events, exhibitions, and other high-footfall locations to generate quality customer leads.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-ground BTL marketing and brand activation activities.
Engage with customers at malls, societies, events, and corporate locations.
Promote Club Mahindra holiday memberships and explain key benefits.
Generate quality customer leads by collecting relevant information.
Invite prospective customers for sales presentations.
Set up and manage promotional kiosks and activation counters.
Distribute promotional materials and merchandise.
Build positive customer relationships and represent the brand professionally.
Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.
Submit daily activity and lead generation reports.

Eligibility

Experience in BTL Marketing, Promotions, Brand Activation, Field Marketing, Events, Retail Sales, or Customer Engagement is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic personality with a customer-first attitude.
Comfortable working in the field and on weekends if required.
