looking for a skilled Marketplace Manager to join our team and drive growth across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will manage product listings, optimize marketplace performance, run paid ads, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and brand partners.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including inventory tracking, order processing, and fulfilment with complete accuracy.

Coordinate with brand teams, category managers, and internal stakeholders while preparing regular MIS reports.

Plan, run, and optimize Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads campaigns at scale to maximize ROI and sales performance.

Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and complaints; ensure timely resolution of product-related concerns.

Track and improve monthly and quarterly growth metrics across marketplaces.

Create, update, and manage individual and bulk product listings—specifications, images, pricing, discounts, and more.

Generate reports, analyze sales data, and manage replenishment to prevent stockouts of key SKUs.

Monitor promotional activities, marketplace merchandising, and pricing strategies.

Work extensively with spreadsheets, dashboards, email communication, and marketplace control panels.

Analyze aging inventory and implement liquidation strategies across platforms.

Share stock sheets with marketplace partners and follow up for timely payments.

Track competitor pricing and ensure competitive positioning for all products.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).

2–5 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or marketplace operations.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplace management—either on the brand side or at an agency.

Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail, planning, and accuracy.

Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive results.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
