Moodle Developer-Team Lead/Project lead-PHP Full Time

looking for an experienced Moodle Developer – Team Lead / Project Lead (PHP) to join our team and contribute to building high-quality, open-source web applications. We are also hiring for this role within our Talent Acquisition department to support growing project demands and leadership needs.

Job Summary

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end development of Moodle-based solutions—from requirement analysis and system design to coding, documentation, and implementation. You will lead project delivery, communicate with clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality output within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of open-source web applications (requirement analysis, design, coding, documentation, implementation).

• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular project updates.

• Work extensively with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

• Oversee project tracking, delivery, and issue resolution.

• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Work with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery.

• Support Business Development (BD) and Project Management (PM) teams with analysis and effort estimations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6+ years of experience working with Moodle.

• Strong knowledge of MySQL / SQL Server.

• Hands-on experience with reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and client-interaction skills.
