We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable back-end services, managing databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code
- Build and manage RESTful APIs using Express, NestJS, or other Express-based frameworks
- Integrate data storage solutions including databases, key-value stores, and blob storage
- Implement application security and data protection best practices
- Perform unit testing, document code, and collaborate closely with team members
- Define code architecture decisions to support scalability and performance
- Test code for robustness, usability, and reliability
- Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve bugs efficiently
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles
- Hands-on expertise in JavaScript
- Proven experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks
- Solid understanding of database schema design, data modeling, and ORMs
- Hands-on experience with at least one SQL and one NoSQL database such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Experience integrating third-party SDKs, APIs, and libraries
- Proficient understanding of Git and version control workflows
