Job Description

– Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (Sales, HR, Admin, Accounts, Operations, etc.)
– Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions
– Bulk Hiring, Volume Hirings
– Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and references
– Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
– Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
– Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer closure
– Maintain recruitment tracker and database
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Working Days – Mon-Fri WFO, Sat WFH till 2 Pm
Perks – PF, Incentives will be given
