Job Description
CIEL HR Services is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join its recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, with a strong background in bulk hiring for Sales and Sales-related roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Handle bulk hiring requirements for Sales and Sales industry roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification : Any Graduate.
Experience: 1–3 years in Non-IT recruitment.
Mandatory experience in bulk hiring for Sales and Sales industry roles.
Proficiency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates currently based outside Mysuru are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to Mysuru.
