Kesar Catering, Coimbatore is hiring a Catering Event Supervisor / F&B Supervisor to manage and supervise catering events professionally.
The supervisor will be responsible for managing event service, staff allocation, food counters, guest coordination, hygiene, timing, loading/unloading, and smooth execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise catering staff during events
Allocate staff to food counters and service areas
Coordinate with guests, clients, chefs, and management
Ensure food counters are clean, neat, and properly arranged
Maintain hygiene and service quality at the event
Manage loading and unloading of catering materials
Ensure timely setup, service, and closing of events
Handle staff politely but strictly
Travel for events when required

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in catering, hotel, banquet, restaurant, or F&B service
Must be punctual, responsible, neat, and well-mannered
Should be comfortable with late-night event work
Tamil or Hindi preferred
Basic English communication is a plus
