*Job Summary* :
The Operations Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end loan processing activities, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales team, and financial institutions. The role requires accuracy, compliance adherence, and strong organizational skills.

*Key Responsibilities* :
– Handle complete loan processing cycle from application to disbursement
– Verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.)
– Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and status updates
– Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software
– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
– Follow up with clients for pending documents and process completion
– Prepare and maintain MIS reports on daily/weekly basis
– Resolve operational issues and customer queries efficiently
– Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely processing of cases
