Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms, focusing on optimizing performance and achieving measurable results. Responsibilities include running paid ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve ROI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing strategies is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
Strong expertise in Analytics tools (Google Analytics, other performance tracking tools)
Skills in Campaign Management, Budget Handling, and Bid Analysis
Experience with Data Analysis, A/B Testing, and Optimization techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various teams
Proficiency with Strategy Planning, and delivering audience-specific insights into action-oriented marketing campaigns
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree relevant field
Experience in marketing project or managing experimental approach innovative or scalable projects helpful added preference to consideration deliberations
