Job Description

Must have experience in loan & overdraft telesales.Handle outbound calling to promote and explain personal loan products

Pitch personal loan and overdraft offers to prospective customers and effectively generate qualified leads
Understand customer needs and requirements by asking appropriate questions and practicing active listening
Ensure proper follow-up with interested customers to support conversion and completion of the loan process
Must have prior experience in cold calling processes within sales or telesales environment
Must possess strong communication skills, confidence, and ability to handle customer conversations effectively
