Profile – Phone Banking Officer
Role and Responsibilities
• Providing Support to the customer in resolving queries and concern.
• For Captive contact Centre of a premium bank.
• Handles customer inquiries, provides account information, and assists with various banking transactions over the phone.
• Cross selling/upselling/promoting the banking product over the call

Inbound Customer Voice process
Fixed plus Incentives
CTC for Freshers : 20k CTC |Incentives upto 2k 
CTC for Experienced: 30k CTC |Incentives upto 2k depends on interview 

Shift Time –
Female – 7:00am to 7:00pm { 8.5 Hrs. Shift)
Male – 11:00am to 8:00 pm/2:30pm to 11:00 pm
1 Rotational weekoff

Location 
Udyog Vihar Phase-5, sector-19 Gurgaon-122008.

Note : Graduation is Mandatory for the profile
CIBIL Score Must be 700
