Job Description

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, industrial communication protocols, and machine automation. The role involves working closely with production, maintenance, and electrical teams to ensure smooth machine operations and automation efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial machines and automation systems.
Configure and program PLCs such as Siemens, Delta, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, or equivalent.
Design and develop HMI/SCADA screens for machine monitoring and control.
Integrate sensors, VFDs, servo motors, relays, and field instruments with PLC systems.
Perform machine commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting at plant sites.
Diagnose automation and electrical faults and provide quick solutions to minimize downtime.
Work on machine interlocks, alarms, safety logic, and production process optimization.
Maintain PLC backups, electrical drawings, and automation documentation.
Coordinate with electrical, production, and maintenance teams for machine improvements.
Support preventive maintenance and automation upgrades.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of PLC Programming (Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text).
Experience in HMI/SCADA software.
Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, RS485, OPC, etc.).
Knowledge of VFD, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Industrial Networks.
Ability to read electrical drawings and control panel schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
