Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  (Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Native Ads such as Taboola & Outbrain)

• Manage complete campaign lifecycle including landing pages, ad creatives, content, audience targeting, and conversion tracking

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROI goals

• Create performance reports and analyze campaign data

• Write compelling ad copies to drive high conversion rates

• Use tools like Canva and other design platforms for ad creatives

• Handle client communication and campaign discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising

• Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns (results will be reviewed)

• Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills

• Experience with analytics, reporting, and conversion tracking

• Excellent communication and client servicing abilities

Education

• UG: Any Graduate / B.Tech / B.E. (Any Specialization)

• PG: M.Tech (Any Specialization) / MCA (Computers)
