PPC Team Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced PPC Team Lead who can take charge of paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other major platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven strategies, enjoys mentoring a team, and is passionate about delivering superior ROI for clients.

You’ll be the driving force behind our PPC initiatives—leading campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring every click counts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage daily PPC operations across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain extensive keyword lists for precision targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams on creative templates.
• Oversee Display Network activities, including placement and contextual advertising.
• Recommend and execute strategies for keywords, bidding, audience targeting, and campaign structure.
• Set up and optimize new PPC campaigns, ad groups, and paid media initiatives.
• Generate and review weekly/monthly performance reports (conversions, revenue, ROI).
• Stay ahead of PPC trends, tools, and industry updates.
• Monitor and analyze search performance to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Communicate campaign updates and insights with management and clients.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, design, and development teams to align strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior PPC team members to maintain quality and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of proven PPC experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
• Skilled in keyword research, bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience targeting.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Certifications in Google Ads / Analytics (preferred).
