Project Manager

looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and deliver projects with precision and excellence. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion while ensuring seamless communication between teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful project execution.

• Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all necessary stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.

• Ensure proper resource allocation and availability throughout the project lifecycle.

Planning & Monitoring

• Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress against milestones.

• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and report project updates to management as required.

• Track project outcomes to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, third-party vendors, and partners.

• Conduct detailed discussions with clients to gather requirements and document project needs.

• Provide project updates, clarify requirements, and ensure client satisfaction at all stages.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance

• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain detailed and organized project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.

Team Management

• Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths, experience, and skill sets.

• Support, mentor, and guide the team using strong leadership and communication skills.

• Continuously enhance leadership capabilities through trainings, workshops, and conferences.

Additional Responsibilities

• Meet budgetary targets and adjust project constraints through financial analysis.

• Develop and present project plans to clients and internal teams.

• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with wireframes, mockups, mind maps, and tools like Balsamiq.

• Strong understanding of requirement gathering, project planning, and task management.

• Proficiency with Project Management Tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

• Experience managing mobile app development projects.

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
