Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who can effectively manage client communication, project execution, and technical delivery while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients and the internal development team

• Assign tasks through proper documentation and workflow planning

• Ensure projects are delivered on time as per client requirements

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

• Ensure effective resource planning, allocation, and availability

• Provide hands-on development support during critical situations

• Create and maintain detailed project plans to track progress

• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Report project status, risks, and issues to management and escalate when required

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Assist management in evaluating employee performance during appraisals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and 4 years of hands-on coding experience

• Strong technical knowledge of WordPress (including plugins), Core PHP, Magento, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Shopify

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
