We are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead and deliver projects efficiently while ensuring high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.

• Plan and allocate resources effectively across projects.

• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.

• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate control techniques.

• Monitor and measure project performance using relevant tools and methodologies.

• Prepare regular status reports and escalate issues to management when required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.

• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a project management role.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.

• Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
