Software Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to oversee and manage software development projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

• Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address issues.

• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Proactively address project challenges to minimize impact on timelines and quality.

• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• 3+ years of project management experience, specifically in software development.

• Proven track record of successfully managing software projects from conception to delivery.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are preferred.
