Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design and develop robust back-end systems and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-performance server-side components, integrating user-facing elements, and ensuring optimal application functionality and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain back-end components to enhance application performance and responsiveness.

• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code.

• Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

• Enhance and maintain existing systems and applications.

• Implement security and data protection solutions.

• Assess, prioritize, and implement new feature requests.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand user requirements and deliver technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as Flask.

• Solid understanding of core Python fundamentals and programming concepts.

• Experience with ORM libraries and integrating multiple databases into a unified system.

• Knowledge of multi-process architecture and Python threading limitations.

• Hands-on experience with web frameworks and RESTful API development.

• Experience with code packaging, deployment, and release management.

• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git or SVN.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including Deep Learning and Neural Networks.

• Experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and other data science tools.

• Understanding of data visualization, statistics, and analytics.

• Strong testing and debugging skills, including tools like Selenium.
