Key Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing to ensure products, software, and services meet established quality standards.

Identify, document, and track defects, inconsistencies, and issues within the system.

Work closely with development and design teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

Review system specifications and analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure adherence to internal quality guidelines and industry best practices.

Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare clear and detailed reports outlining test results, findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of QA procedures, processes, and outcomes.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and address quality-related concerns.

Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to enhance the end-user experience.

Ensure all products and services comply with regulatory and organizational standards.

Stay updated with the latest QA tools, trends, and best practices.
Job Requirements

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Hands-on experience with QA tools and software such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar platforms.

Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proven experience working as a Quality Analyst or in a similar QA role.
