Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality software products. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our applications through structured testing and quality assurance practices. You will work closely with development and product teams to identify issues early and help deliver robust, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

  • Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing

  • Validate software performance, usability, and compatibility across multiple platforms and environments

  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools and ensure timely resolution

  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover usability and edge-case issues

  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and improve test coverage

  • Participate in design and code reviews to highlight quality risks and recommend improvements

  • Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies

  • Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and emerging QA trends

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst / QA Engineer or similar role

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA principles

  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools and techniques

  • Proficiency in writing clear and detailed test cases and test scenarios

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality-driven solutions
