Job Description

Kashavi Homes Hiring Role: Sales Closer
Core Responsibilities: Tracking performance across large residential or commercial real estate spreads, generating real-time market advisory briefs, and managing high-tier customer interactions.
1.  Cross-selling commercial/residential portfolios, leading client property acquisitions, and designing long-term capital generation wealth solutions.
2.  Channel Relations: Cultivating expansive networks of corporate brokers to speed up primary developer inventory allocation. 
3. Asset Allocation: Aligning commercial units, luxury spaces, or co-working configurations based on direct ROI and annual yield assessments. 
4. Primary Project Sales: Tracking product pipelines via specialized CRM setups and handling physical end-to-end client property layout configurations.
5. Experience dealing with residential or commercial real estate products, executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and managing client relationships.

2 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven ability to lead a sales team, handle client escalations, track performance metrics, and close high-value project deals.
· Location: Noida (with site visits across Noida and nearby areas
share your years of vertical experience, current CTC expectations, or your preference for luxury residential or corporate commercial structures.
