Property Lay is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales Executives. The role involves promoting and selling premium farmhouses and villas to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and generate new leads through various channels
– Assist clients in buying farmhouses and villas
– Conduct site visits and property presentations
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Follow up with potential customers and close deals
– Maintain records of sales and customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:
– Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic knowledge of sales and real estate (preferred for experienced candidates)
– Self-motivated and target-oriented

Salary:
– Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
– Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
