Job Description

Experience: 2-5+ years of proven real estate sales and management experience, specifically within the NCR (Noida/Delhi/Greater Noida) property market.
Leadership: Strong team management, conflict resolution, and motivational skills.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Business Acumen: Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics, and understanding of RERA regulations.
