Job Description – Office Assistant & Reception

Location: Office-Based

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant who will support daily office operations and assist the Director with administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationManage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain office records, files, and documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Support staff with administrative requirements.
Personal Assistance to DirectorManage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
Assist with personal errands and day-to-day tasks assigned by the Director.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, government offices, and service providers on behalf of the Director.
Follow up on pending work and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and business matters.
Accompany the Director to meetings or official visits when required.
Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and pleasant personality.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Honest, trustworthy, and punctual.
Preferred QualificationsGraduate or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant is preferred.
Familiarity with office management and documentation processes.
Working HoursFull-time position.
Flexible availability may be required for urgent tasks.
SalarySalary will be based on experience, skills, and performance.
