looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across various digital and marketing functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-focused, and passionate about building strong teams that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively scan job portals and inbound channels to identify potential candidates and reach out directly.

Source and headhunt targeted profiles from LinkedIn and other professional networks based on hiring requirements.

Partner with external recruitment agencies and headhunters to expand the talent pipeline across departments.

Review and evaluate resumes, assess role fit and cultural fit, and collaborate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

Conduct interviews using structured and industry-standard techniques.

Facilitate smooth onboarding—introducing new hires to the company, guiding them through hiring and training processes.

Act as an advocate for both new employees and existing team members, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Manage all new-hire documentation and ensure compliance with HR processes.
Requirements

2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proven experience hiring for digital marketing roles and related functions.

Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Solid understanding of diverse hiring channels and sourcing techniques.
