Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
* Employer outreach and coordination
* Candidate sourcing and follow-up
* Interview scheduling and facilitation
* Maintaining candidate and employer communication
* Ensuring smooth interview and joining process

Note: Mandatory to attend and handle all calls using headphones.

Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum Qualification: Graduate
* Minimum 1 year of experience required in Recruitment/RPO
* Good communication and coordination skills

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable)
