Portfolio Relationship Manager – WC-SALARIED PL AND WORKING CAPITAL-Sales

– Manage and develop relationships with salaried clients focusing on working capital and personal loans.
– Drive sales of working capital and salaried personal loan products to meet business targets.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and servicing of client portfolios.
– Understand client financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products and market trends to advise clients effectively.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.
– Focus on portfolio growth while managing risk and maintaining quality of loan book.
– Work closely with sales and credit teams to optimize client acquisition and retention strategies.
