Going in market to generate new business.
ï‚· Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
ï‚· Interest in financial products and market .
ï‚· Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
ï‚· Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
ï‚· Creating and sharing MIS with the reporting on daily .
ï‚· Expanding the customer base by up selling and cross-selling.
ï‚· Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
ï‚· Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
ï‚· Knowing your competition and strategy accordingly.
ï‚· Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
