Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the lending domain and real estate market.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to generate business in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)
Source new customers through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners
Understand client financial needs and suggest suitable loan products
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals
Ensure smooth documentation and disbursement process
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 1–5 years in Home Loans / LAP / Real Estate / Financial Services
Candidates from Real Estate background can also apply
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Salary 3 – 5 LPA + Incentives
Preferred SkillsKnowledge of banking and loan products
Strong sales and client handling ability
Good networking and relationship-building skills
