मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँग्राहकों का स्वागत करना एवं उन्हें उत्कृष्ट सेवा प्रदान करना।
वेटर एवं सर्विस स्टाफ की निगरानी और मार्गदर्शन करना।
ऑर्डर लेने एवं समय पर सर्विस सुनिश्चित करना।
ग्राहकों की शिकायतों एवं सुझावों का उचित समाधान करना।
रेस्टोरेंट में स्वच्छता, अनुशासन एवं सेवा मानकों को बनाए रखना।
दैनिक संचालन एवं टीम समन्वय सुनिश्चित करना।
ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि बढ़ाने के लिए बेहतर सेवा प्रदान करना।
आवश्यक योग्यताएँरेस्टोरेंट कैप्टन के रूप में कम से कम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव।
ग्राहक सेवा एवं टीम मैनेजमेंट में दक्षता।
अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन एवं नेतृत्व क्षमता।
रेस्टोरेंट संचालन की समझ एवं समस्या समाधान कौशल।
हिंदी का अच्छा ज्ञान; अंग्रेजी का सामान्य ज्ञान वांछनीय।
वेतन एवं सुविधाएँ₹25,000 से ₹30,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव एवं प्रदर्शन के आधार पर)।

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to join our North Indian restaurant at M3M, Sector 113, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in managing restaurant floor operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and service staff.
Ensure prompt and efficient order taking and food service.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Monitor daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
Assist in training and motivating service staff.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems is preferred.
