Job Description
1.Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2.Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
3.Take accurate food and beverage orders.
4.Serve food and drinks promptly and politely.
5.Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests during their meal.
6.Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and inform the manager if needed.
7.Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
8.Set up tables before service and clear them after guests leave.
9.Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff for smooth operations.
10.Prepare and present bills, and assist with payment processing.
11.Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant service standards.
12.Restock service stations with cutlery, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
13.Support team members during busy hours.
14.Attend daily briefings and follow management instructions.
15.Good communication skills.
16.Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
17.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
18.Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
19.Teamwork and time management skills.
20.Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
