About the Role​We are seeking a charismatic, energetic, and polished Sales Assistant to join our global marketing team. This role is the face of our luxury real estate portfolio, requiring a candidate who combines administrative efficiency with high-end client hospitality. You will support the sales team in managing international clients, attending global roadshows, and ensuring a premium experience for high-net-worth individuals.
​Key Responsibilities​1. Sales & Client Support
​Act as the first point of contact for international clients, providing a warm, professional, and memorable welcome.
​Assist in hosting VIP property viewings and open house events; ensure properties are presented to the highest standard.
​Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers through excellent conversation and follow-up.

​2. Global Marketing & Events
​Represent the brand at international property expos, launch parties, and marketing roadshows.
​Assist in creating social media content (Instagram/LinkedIn) to showcase luxury listings and lifestyle.
​Manage marketing collateral (brochures, digital presentations) for client meetings.

​3. Travel & Coordination
​Coordinate travel logistics for sales missions and client tours.
​Maintain an organized schedule for the sales team, handling bookings and appointments across different time zones.
​Requirements & Qualifications​Global Mobility: Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally for expos and client meetings.
​Professional Image: Impeccable grooming and professional presentation are non-negotiable, as this role represents a luxury brand.
​Personality: outgoing, confident, and articulate. Must be a “people person” who thrives on social interaction and networking.
​Communication: Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong asset).
​Experience: Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality (cabin crew, concierge), or real estate is preferred.
Languages : French speaking is plus.
