Inside sales Engineer & Field Sales Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in industrial automation and engineering products. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, business development, technical sales support, and key account management across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
Visit customers regularly to understand application requirements and promote company products and solutions.
Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal teams for product selection and technical support.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer sites.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain visit records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering.
1 year+ experience in industrial product sales, pneumatics, tools, Adhesive & abrasives.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient with MS office word/XL, Pivot table & Data analysis, quotation generation
Ability to independently handle customer visits and sales negotiations.
Knowledge of OEM, automotive, EV battery, packaging, food processing, and general manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
