Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our IT products and services.

Candidate Profile:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions (software/hardware/services)
• Conduct product/service demos, presentations, and negotiations with clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and execution.
• Maintain an accurate record of sales, leads, and client communications using CRM tools
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales (B2B/B2C – product or service)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Prior experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Knowledge of software solutions, cloud, SaaS, or IT services is a plus.
