Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Executive -OFS to manage day-to-day store operations, support sales growth, and ensure smooth customer experience while maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Promote products and drive customer purchases through effective selling techniques.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to improve store revenue.
* Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers effectively.

2. Customer Service

* Welcome and assist customers professionally.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
* Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and politely.
* Ensure positive customer experience and repeat business.

3. Inventory Management

* Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Conduct stock counting and reconciliation as required.
* Report low stock, damages, or discrepancies to management.
* Coordinate for stock replenishment and maintain availability.

4. Billing & Cash Handling

* Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
* Manage cash, digital payments, and maintain transaction records.
* Ensure proper cash reconciliation at shift closing.
* Follow company procedures for financial accuracy and accountability.

5. Store Opening & Closing Procedures

* Follow daily opening and closing checklists.
* Ensure store readiness before opening and secure closure after business hours.
* Verify cleanliness, equipment functionality, and operational readiness.

6. Product Handling & Storage

* Handle products carefully to avoid damage and wastage.
* Maintain proper storage conditions as per product requirements.
* Follow FIFO and stock rotation practices where applicable.

7. Hygiene & Safety

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.
* Follow health, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
* Ensure safe handling and storage practices.

8. Theft & Loss Prevention

* Monitor store activities to minimize theft and inventory loss.
* Report suspicious activities or stock discrepancies immediately.
* Follow company policies on security and loss prevention.

* Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge
* Sales and retail/store experience preferred
