Job Description

LOFA India is a fast-growing apparel brand focused on B2B and Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) distribution across India. We partner with distributors, retailers, and agents to build a strong national presence backed by quality products and efficient supply chains.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head – B2B & MBO from the apparel/garment industry to lead our Pan-India sales strategy. This role will own national sales performance, distributor and agent networks, MBO expansion, and sales team leadership.
Note: Only candidates with Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Pan-India B2B & MBO sales growth
Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and sales agents
Expand garment MBO and retail distribution channels
Lead and mentor regional sales teams
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Track market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance
Coordinate with marketing, production, and operations teams

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO sales (Mandatory)
Strong experience handling Pan-India distributor & agent networks
Proven sales leadership and team-handling skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management
Willingness to travel extensively
