As a Sales Manager, you will take ownership of generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into business. You will work closely with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities beyond the existing client base.
Generate high-quality leads and convert them into successful business deals.
Meet and exceed assigned financial and sales targets.
Maintain strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless sales experiences.
Reach out to potential clients, build rapport, and schedule meetings.
Work on IT solutions sales, concept selling, and consultative sales approaches.
Proven experience in IT solution sales, concept sales, or consultative selling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
