Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients via cold calling, networking, social media, and events.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact, build rapport, and understand client challenges through active listening.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.
Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and seeking upsell opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Track activities, update CRM systems, and report on sales performance.
Market Research: Monitor trends and competitor activities to find new growth areas.
