Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 + Incentives
Job SummaryBellway Realtech is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Sales to lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives and telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring target achievement, and supporting the team in lead conversion for real estate projects including farmhouses, villas, plots, and land.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives and Telecallers.
Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and site visit schedules.
Motivate and guide team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Track lead management and conversion through CRM.
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve team performance.
Assist team members in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
