Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainer cum HR to manage employee training and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting onboarding sessions, developing training programs, monitoring employee performance, and assisting with recruitment and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct employee induction and onboarding sessions.
Plan, organize, and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance feedback.
Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.
Assist in recruitment, screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Prepare training and HR reports as required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Ability to conduct engaging training sessions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, training, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in employee training and development.
Knowledge of HR software and recruitment platforms.
Certification in Training or Human Resources is an added advantage.
