Executive Assistant (EA)

Founder & Director

Green Park, New Delhi

5+ Years

Graduate / MBA Preferred

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder & Director in managing business operations, strategic initiatives, meetings, communication, and execution across multiple healthcare locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans.
• Coordinate meetings, MOMs, follow-ups, and action trackers.
• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business summaries.
• Liaison with department heads and hospital partners.
• Track business KPIs and strategic projects.
• Draft professional emails, letters, and business communications.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure timely execution of Director’s instructions.

Required Skills
• Excellent English communication with Strong PR aptitude 
• Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting abilities.
• Presentation preparation.
• Follow-up and execution mindset.
• High ownership and confidentiality.
