Key Responsibilities1. Architectural Design & PlanningPrepare concept designs, master plans, and architectural drawings.
Develop 2D layouts, 3D elevations, and presentation designs.
Handle residential, commercial, villa, farmhouse, plotted development, and hospitality projects.
Ensure functional, modern, and premium design standards.
2. Project CoordinationCoordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and landscape consultants.
Work closely with construction and site execution teams.
Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
Coordinate approvals and project timelines.
3. Site & Execution ManagementConduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
Ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
Resolve technical and design-related issues during execution.
Maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
4. Client Handling & PresentationPresent design proposals to clients and investors.
Modify plans based on client feedback and market requirements.
Support sales and marketing teams with project presentations and brochures.
Assist in premium project branding and visualization.
5. Documentation & ApprovalsPrepare working drawings, BOQ coordination, and submission drawings.
Handle approvals related to:
BDA
BBMP
BMRDA
BIAPPA
Panchayat / DTCP / CUDA approvals
Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations.
6. Software & Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Revit
Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
Photoshop
MS Office
Ability to prepare high-quality renders and walkthrough concepts.
7. Team LeadershipGuide junior architects and drafting teams.
Monitor design quality and project deadlines.
Support management in project planning and execution strategy.
Preferred Candidate ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
5–10+ years of experience in architecture and construction projects.
Experience in North Bangalore real estate projects preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in luxury villas, plotted development, farm projects, or commercial projects is an added advantage.
