Senior Associate

seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our workforce by identifying and hiring top talent across various technical and non-technical domains. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and drive a smooth, efficient recruitment process from start to finish.

As part of our team, you will help enhance recruitment strategies, improve candidate experience, and contribute to building a strong and future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases.

• Schedule and conduct interviews while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.

• Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and documentation processes.

• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent outreach activities.

• Contribute to improving hiring strategies, processes, and candidate pipelines.

• Collaborate with HR teams to support overall talent development and workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT hiring preferred).

• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, hiring platforms, and recruitment trends.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage hiring pipelines efficiently.

• Experience using ATS tools, HRMS platforms, and MS Office.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for technical roles in digital transformation or IT services companies.

• Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

• Familiarity with employer branding, social recruiting, and talent marketing.
