We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales, particularly in web and mobile application development, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and closing high-value deals while collaborating closely with internal teams.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements, including technical details, to propose appropriate solutions.
Conduct client meetings to assess current technical environments and business challenges.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing proposals.
Present technical capabilities and business benefits effectively to clients.
Close deals via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Maintain complete project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Identify new business ideas and market opportunities within the IT sector.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Business Development (Web & Mobile Applications).
Strong knowledge of IT services and digital solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
Team-oriented attitude with strong coordination skills.
